Dear Friends,

Happy New Year. It's been a while since I've sent out a newsletter - in part, because there was nothing very newsy to write about. I continue to represent and seek fair compensation for people who are harmed by the negligent or careless conduct of others.

Over time I have limited my cases to those in which my clients have suffered significant injuries. However, I have and will continue to have a "soft spot" for all of you whom I've represented over the years and I will continue to help you and your family members. I appreciate the gratitude and confidence you demonstrate as you continue to refer your friends and acquaintances to me.

Although people who are hurt in car wrecks constitute a large percentage of the cases I handle, I still work on nursing home negligence and medical malpractice cases - particularly where the injuries are severe or result in death.
