Biography: Mr. Matula has practiced in Missouri and Kansas for over 40 years and has represented injured plaintiffs in wide variety of cases including auto and truck collisions, nursing home negligence and abuse, medical malpractice and wrongful death. He has served as an Assistant Jackson County Counselor and a Special Assistant to the Missouri Attorney General's office. He has a long history of representing victims and their families in both Kansas and Missouri. He has also successfully argued cases before the Missouri Supreme Court and the Kansas Supreme Court.
