Biography: Ms. Dymer has a Bachelor's Degree in nursing from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She also holds a Master's Degree in Nursing Education from the University of Pittsburgh, where she became a member of the Sigma Theta Tau nursing honor society. As a nurse, Ms. Dymer has worked in a variety of fields, including: medical-surgical, operating room, geriatric care, and community health nursing. Ms. Dymer knows how health organizations work. During her time as a nurse, she became intimately familiar with the various roles within the profession. She began as a nurse's aide and worked her way to both Director of Nursing and Director of Nursing Education positions. Ms. Dymer received her law degree in 1987. She is licensed to practice in both Kansas and Missouri and has litigated numerous medical malpractice and nursing home negligence cases. Ms. Dymer also serves as a consultant and has assisted many attorneys with the medical and legal aspects of their medical cases.
